Returns / Exchanges


Below is our return/exchange policy; we hope that we have stated everything clearly but if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us at: 800-550-7787


We ask that all returns/exchanges are made within 60 days. Please include with your return a brief note as to the reason for the return and if you would like to exchange it for something else or if you would just like to receive credit. Please be sure to include your order number, return address, and phone number (so we can call for a credit card number if necessary, please don’t put your number in the box for security reasons).

Send your package via UPS ground, USPS first class or Priority (with tracking) to us at the following address:

Please allow 10 days from the time we receive your package for your return/exchange to be processed and for your account to be credited or for your new item to be shipped. In the event of a "free with purchase" web special, you may receive a web store credit rather than a refund for returned items.

Damaged Items:

If for some reason your merchandise arrives damaged we will do everything we can to get you a replacement as fast as possible. We do ask that you call us at 800-550-7787 so we can instruct you on how to document the damage and we can in turn work with our shipper to remedy the situation.

PLEASE NOTE that you are responsible for the return shipping charges, unless we agree that the original shipment was shipped to you upon error on our part or arrives damaged. In that case we will take care of the shipping costs to get the new/correct item to you and will also send a call tag to ship the wrong/damaged item back to us!
